Chris Smalley Biography
I grew up without having a father around for most of my life. My parents divorced when I was 4, and I was raised by an amazing single mom. When I was 15, I met a group of friends from a local Lutheran church. They had a big influence on my life, and I gave my life to Christ when I was 16. Three years later, I felt God calling me into ministry. I went to Northwestern College in St. Paul after graduating high school and was heavily involved in youth ministry from 1990 to 2003. It was an amazing blessing for to me to be involved in it, and I saw countless lives influenced for Christ. After spending the better part of the last 9 years in the corporate IT world as a pc/network technician, I'm feeling the pull of my calling back into ministry. I have a huge passion to tell my story, give some advice, and share my heart with teens. My mission is "to Inform, Encourage, and Inspire teens to live their lives with passion and purpose!" We only get one shot at this thing called Life, and I want to give them a heart-warming, encouraging message that they walk away from saying, "Wow! I want to live like that!"
