Mr Chandra has deep experience in organizing and leading many workshops and seminars. He has interacted with senior and top level executives in various organizations both private and public, particularly from service industries and has addressed prominent chambers of commerce. He has lectured in many international gatherings and is well known in business circles. As a Visiting guest speaker for many management institutes including prestigious IIM in India, MES management centre abroad in Qatar he has delivered lectures in Educational Institutions, Stock Exchanges, Banks numerous industries in Oil and Gas, Manufacturing Sector and in particular service industries both in India and Qatar. After University, Mr Chandra joined a well-known TATA company as Management Trainee and later in 1977 joined the prestigious Indian Civil Service ITS. He held progressively responsible senior and top level management positions like DGM in Bombay Telephones, General Manager Telecom, Director Telecom in large organizations of Government and Public sector undertakings for more than 30 years. He has about 7 Years of international experience in multicultural environment in State of Qatar. Mr Chandra graduated in Electronics and Communications (B.E.), with distinction and topper in the University, bagging gold medal for the Best Electronics Engineer. He obtained Post Graduate Diploma in General Management (PGDIM), Finance Management (PGDFM), and Marketing Management (PGDMM) and M.B.A. from a reputed central University.
