She has been a coach with the Hallowell Center for over 8 years. She was an active board member of the International Coaching Federation New England for 3 years and is a member in good standing of the National Speaker’s Association. She is a founding board member of the Institute for the Advancement of AD/HD Coaching that will be the responsible certifying body for AD/HD Coaches world wide.
As the founder and CEO of ADD Insights, Carol’s passion is to provide services that transform the lives of people with AD/HD. To achieve this goal she is a national professional speaker on ADHD topics and a motivational speaker on living authentically. She trains and supervises new AD/HD coaches, co-produces tele-classes on Procrastination and other important topics with The Hallowell Center in Needham, Massachusetts, creates seminars and workshops for people to achieve their potential, and has coached hundreds of people worldwide.
Presently, Carol is writing a book and building a new business that will allow people to break through barriers quickly.
