BriElle Bryson

BriElle Bryson came to Capital One in 2013 by way of Howard University where she studied Business Management. She entered into the Project Management Development Program (PMDP) where she spent her first year in Horizontal HR Department. There, BriElle managed the development and training of the Technology Development Program as well as helped the Capital One IT Intern Program reach a number 1 rating on Vault.com. After completing this phase in her career, BriElle was inspired to take the next bold step and embrace what became her new interest, Capital One Technology. Here is where new challenges would stretch her to whom she has become today. While on this path, BriElle became a Certified Scrum Master, an area where she could take her business skills and bring them to various technology teams keeping them focused and driving them to excellence. As a new Scrum Master, BriElle led two high performing feature teams in the Branded Card Tech - Online Servicing organization under the TETRIS program, a pioneer in the new Unified Presentation Framework (UPF). BriElle currently scrums for two Partnerships Digital Tech Feature Teams in downtown Chicago, one of which just delivered the first mobile app built on the Amazon Web Services; the other to follow suit in the coming months in the Online Servicing space.
