Bob Moore

Bob Moore is the president of Institutional Capital Management, Inc., located in Lafayette, Colorado. Bob is a successful entrepreneur, founding ICM in the fall of 1997 with the goal of providing public funds clients with an innovative alternative to traditional investment advisory services. ICM’s service model has evolved to include comprehensive revenue source analysis, economic development and diversification strategies, cash flow analysis and the integration of debt, investment and budgeting strategies seen through the lens of local economies in a global setting.

ICM engages local business leaders, commercial lenders, municipal officials and educators to support existing businesses, employment and revenue while preparing communities for the “next generation” of technology and employment opportunities.

Bob is a frequent conference presenter for municipal organizations including the Minnesota, Wisconsin, Florida and Colorado GFOA’s, the County Treasurer Associations of California, Minnesota, Texas and Arizona and NACO and the Association of Public Treasurers of the United States and Canada. Bob’s topics emphasize the evolving role of state and local government in the age of the “Techno-Global Revolution”.

Bob is a graduate of the State University of New York at Stony Brook with a Bachelors Degree in Social Science.
