Becki Donatelli

Becki Donatelli is one of the seminal figures in American political and public affairs consulting. Her work has revolutionized the way campaigns raise money, build websites, activate supporters, move messages, and win votes through online advertising, websites, social media, and mobile marketing.

She is the first person to raise political money on the Internet and has raised more online funds than any political consultant in history. Donatelli pioneered much of what are now standard online political tools and tactics including the first Google "Surge," the first online donor event, the first donation appeal, the first online phone bank, and the list goes on and on. As President and Founder of Campaign Solutions / Connell Donatelli, she has received more awards from the American Association of Political Consultants for excellence in online communications than anyone else.

As chief Internet consultant to John McCain's two presidential races, Donatelli directed the online campaigns that brought the Internet to the forefront of politics and public affairs. In 2008, she raised an unprecedented $100 million online for Senator McCain's election. She also managed the successful online fundraising efforts for Bush-Cheney '04, nearly all of the national GOP committees, and scores of Senate, House, gubernatorial, and nonprofit campaigns.
