Ary Nunez

Ary Nunez is a sexy super-sonic trainer, health psychologist and lifestyle coach to celebrities, every day overachievers and students of her eastern and western fitness arts.  Ary is the founder of Gotham Global Fitness, runs a successful training business in NYC and is an internationally featured Nike sponsored athlete.  Her fitness background is in the martial arts (Ary is black belted in karate, tae kwon do and Kung Fu and has studied seven), dance (professional for ten years), and western athletics.  

Ary’s experience with people, her psychology background, and innate ability to understand human nature and susceptibility to easily fall in love votes her “the most likable person” you could know.  Ary is the life and the poop of the party.  It all depends on Ary’s mood in that moment!

This Brooklyn native is Gotham city’s answer to living the good life!  She works hard to play hard seeking balance every inch of the way at her very own cost.  Ary demands excellence from herself and others to fatigue and much expense.  Her dynamic “no excuses ...if I can overcome adversity and succeed…so can you!” personality can move mountains and shut down subways.  For Ary, “no” is just a two-letter word…”YES” is the answer.  Ary’s motto is “Make it Happen”!

Ary is a first generation product of Caribbean Colonialism.  As a child she overcame the adversity of the loss of her father by assassination, the loss of her mother’s parenting by depression and the consequent temporary loss of herself by rebelling against authority.  Rebelling is an old habit Ary works hard to break.   With all that said, Ary takes enormous pride in knowing that she took an active role to become the great person she is today and strives to love herself for it. Ary’s goal is to make an impact on human nature and share her vision of successful living.
