Antoinette van Alphen organizes inspiring and motivating lectures, workshops, clinics and training. She is often contracted for kick-offs, workshops during conferences, network meetings, seminars and educational meetings. Since she was young Antoinette van Alphen has been interested in why people act as they do, what motivates and inspires them. Why some are unhappy and others very successful.

After her studies clinical psychology, experimental psychology and psychophysiology Antoinette follows several training programs in psychotherapy like psychoanalytic therapy, behavioural therapy and directive group therapy. The extensive psychological and psychotherapeutical training leaves many questions unanswered.

During her studies she travels most of the year around the world to see all the countries in their beauty and to get to know different people in their various cultures. In the end she is mostly attracted to the Far East and India with their spiritual background. She stays there for a long time even after completing her studies.

In her effort to understand people and to be able to communicate with them, Antoinette masters different languages. She also studies the various religions and philosophies. The Bagavad Ghita and Buddhism appeal most to her. She gets acquainted with different styles of music and dance and learns to appreciate the various foreign cuisines.

When she starts as an Outdoor Management trainer at the former Outward Bound Netherlands and starts developing programs for international organizations she profits a lot from her extensive experiences abroad. With much enthusiasm she teaches managers understanding, respect, appreciation and skills to cooperate with cultures all over the world.

After some time she proposes a management buyout of the Management Training Centre Outward Bound Holland and changes the name in MTC Outdoor International and later MTC Outdoor Europe. Besides training programs as Teambuilding, Cultural change and Leadership she develops new concepts and programs like EnergyManagement and Professional Intuition.

Since 15 years Antoinette attends and organizes training programs in the field of intuition, EnergyManagement and the latest communication techniques. These more spiritual trainings, studies and experiences do finally offer her satisfying answers.
