He is the CEO of Allan and Allan, Inc., a communications consulting company that works with organizations to improve executive, management, marketing and sales communications, and with business professionals to rapidly eliminate public speaking fear and performance blocks.

The company provides executive speech coaching and consulting services, seminars, workshops, and speaking programs on rapidly eliminating public speaking fear and other performance blocks, enhancing presentation skills, and building rapport and influence skills.

He’s a co-host of Speakeasy, a show about communications, on Maryland’s Comcast Cable Television.

He’s written several published articles about communications, and he’s been written about in Baltimore, Maryland and Washington, DC newspapers.

Allan’s won two dozen speaking competitions and has competed at the highest levels in International speech competition.

A native New Yorker until 1980, Allan has a B.B.A. Degree from Bernard Baruch College of the City University of New York.

He resides in Columbia, Maryland with his wife, Sandy, and daughter, Melissa.
