JC Chasez

Joshua Scott "JC" Chasez is an American singer, songwriter, dancer, actor, and record producer whose career spans more than three decades in the music and entertainment industry. Chasez began his career as a singer, actor, and dancer on "The All-New Mickey Mouse Club" before gaining prominence as a member of the boy band NSYNC. During his time with NSYNC, the group was nominated for eight Grammy Awards.

NSYNC became a defining act of the pop era, with Chasez playing a central role as both a vocalist and creative contributor. The band sold more than 70 million records, ranking among the best-selling boy bands. NSYNC's album "No Strings Attached" set record sales in its first weekend, selling 1.4 million copies. The group's third album, "Celebrity," achieved both critical and commercial success. Chasez contributed as a songwriter to tracks including "The Game Is Over," "The Two Of Us," "Up Against The Wall," and "Selfish" on "Celebrity."

After NSYNC's hiatus, Chasez launched a solo career, releasing the single "Blowin' Me Up" and the solo album "Schizophrenic." He has written and produced for a range of artists, including Liam Payne, Diplo, Backstreet Boys, McFly, The Cheetah Girls, Sugababes, Victoria Duffield, and Matthew Morrison. Chasez also served as a judge on the first seven seasons of "America's Best Dance Crew."

Chasez has continued to work in music production, songwriting, and live performance. NSYNC reunited to release "Better Place" for the "Trolls Band Together" soundtrack and "Paradise" for Justin Timberlake's album "Everything I Thought It Was." Chasez appeared with Joey Fatone at Radio City Music Hall for the 79th Annual Tony Awards. As a Grammy-nominated singer-songwriter and producer, Chasez collaborated with Golden Globe-winning songwriter Jimmy Harry on the musical theater concept album "Playing With Fire," inspired by Mary Shelley's "Frankenstein." The 16-track project blends electronic pop with classical music from the Romantic era, reflecting Chasez's ongoing contributions to pop music, musical theater, and music production.
