Eva LaRue

Eva LaRue is an American actress and model whose career spans more than three decades in daytime television, primetime drama, and film. LaRue first gained recognition for her portrayal of Dr. Maria Santos Grey on the ABC soap opera "All My Children," a role that earned her a Daytime Emmy Award nomination for Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Drama Series. She also received a nomination in the category of Outstanding Original Song for composing "Dance Again with You," which was featured in a pivotal storyline on the show. LaRue reprised her role as Maria for the show's 40th anniversary.

After her work in daytime television, LaRue guest-hosted awards shows and appeared in made-for-TV movies, as well as recurring roles on "Third Watch," "Soul Food," and "George Lopez." She joined the cast of "CSI: Miami" as Natalia Boa Vista, a DNA analyst whose storyline included serving as a mole for the FBI. Beginning with Season 5, LaRue became a full-time cast member. Her performance on the CBS procedural earned her a nomination for an ALMA Award for Best Actress in a Drama.

Throughout her career in television and film, LaRue has portrayed a range of characters, including Celeste Rosales on "The Young & the Restless" and Natalia Rogers-Ramirez on "General Hospital." After two nominations, she won a Daytime Emmy Award for Outstanding Guest Performer in a Drama Series.

LaRue also served as executive producer for the Paramount+ documentary "My Nightmare Stalker: The Eva LaRue Story," which recounts her and her daughter's experience enduring 12 years of harassment by a stalker. By sharing her story, LaRue has contributed to public awareness and advocacy regarding stalking and personal safety, reflecting the resilience and authenticity present throughout her acting career.
