Kyle Millholland is a biblically based leadership coach, keynote speaker, and founder of Bricks & Mortar Leadership, LLC, a professional services firm focused on helping teams and organizations grow through principles found in Scripture. Millholland offers keynotes and coaching that use biblical teachings to build stronger teams and leaders by teaching foundational leadership principles. His work is grounded in the belief that faith and effective leadership are closely connected, and that organizations can benefit from applying biblical approaches to leadership.

With more than 25 years of experience, Millholland has mentored hundreds of teams and leaders and served in various leadership roles, observing the differences between secular and faith-based leadership models. Through his development as a leader, he identified that the most effective leaders he encountered demonstrated core biblical leadership principles.

These observations form the basis of Millholland’s coaching philosophy and underpin the mission of Bricks & Mortar Leadership.
