Nick Lachey is a singer, actor, television personality, and host best known as the lead vocalist of the multi-platinum pop group 98 Degrees. Born in Harlan, Kentucky, and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio, Lachey rose to prominence in the late 1990s as lead singer of 98 Degrees, one of the era's most successful boy bands, achieving international success with hit songs such as "Because of You," "The Hardest Thing," and "I Do (Cherish You)."
Following his success with 98 Degrees, Lachey launched a solo music career, releasing several albums and showcasing his versatility as a performer. He further expanded his presence in entertainment through acting, producing, and television hosting.
Lachey became a household name through reality television, first appearing alongside then-wife Jessica Simpson in the hit MTV series "Newlyweds: Nick and Jessica." He later transitioned into hosting and presenting, earning acclaim as the host of popular television programs including "The Sing-Off," "Perfect Match," and Netflix's hit reality series "Love Is Blind," which he co-hosts with his wife, Vanessa Lachey.
