Anna Lambe Biography
Anna Lambe is a Canadian Inuk actress from Iqaluit, Nunavut. She is known for her debut role in the 2018 film "The Grizzlies," for which she received a Canadian Screen Award nomination for Best Supporting Actress in 2019.
In 2020, Lambe appeared as Sarah in the television series "Trickster," based on Eden Robinson's novel "Son of a Trickster." Her performance garnered another Canadian Screen Award nomination for Best Supporting Actress in a Drama Series in 2021.
Lambe's other television credits include roles in series such as "Diggstown," "Three Pines," and "Alaska Daily." In 2024, she was cast as Kayla Prior in the fourth season of HBO's "True Detective" and the following year, took on the lead role of Siaja in the Netflix series "North of North."
Beyond her acting career, Lambe is pursuing studies in International Development and Globalization at the University of Ottawa. In 2020, she authored an open letter advocating for the censure of a politician's remarks regarding the use of the term "two-spirit," highlighting her commitment to social issues within her community.
