AAE has officially earned our Great Place To Work Certification. This recognition reflects feedback from our entire team and measures what matters: trust, inclusion, and how we actually work together. Here’s what that looks like.
Great Place To Work is an independent organization that certifies companies with strong workplace cultures. The certification is based on an anonymous employee survey that measures trust between employees and leadership, respect for individuals, fairness, camaraderie, and whether work feels meaningful. When a company earns certification, it means employees consistently answered yes to these core questions.
The Great Place To Work survey asks real questions about how teams operate. Do people feel heard? Is there trust between leadership and staff? Do people understand how their work connects to the mission?
Our team said yes to these things. That’s what this certification measures, and it’s a reflection of how we built this place together. “I feel like our opinions matter,” said one AAE team member. “For example, I’ve seen the benefits package change multiple times depending on what employees are asking for and they take into account how easy it is for us to use our benefits. To me, that shows how much they think about employee needs.”
A team that operates with transparency and trust delivers better work. The culture we’ve built here is directly connected to how we show up for clients and partners: with full attention, clear communication, and genuine collaboration.
As one team member put it: “The leadership team is good about taking the work seriously but not themselves, and it encourages everyone else to do the same. This creates an environment where people do not fear making mistakes and are more likely to reach out to one another to learn and grow.”
We’re staying committed to what this certification represents because these values enable us to do what we do well: work with clients and partners in ways that actually matter. “We feel like a big family,” one team member reflected. “Management and colleagues genuinely care about your life, well being, and success.”
