Antonio Cipriano

Antonio Cipriano is an actor and singer known for his work on Broadway and in television series across major streaming platforms. Cipriano began performing in local and school theater productions and was a member of the Michigan Opera Theatre Children's Chorus. He received recognition early in his career, winning the Sutton Foster Ovation Award for Best High School Theater Actor and being named a finalist in the NHSMTA Jimmy Awards.

Cipriano made his Broadway debut as Phoenix in the musical "Jagged Little Pill." He was part of the original Cambridge, Massachusetts, production of the musical, which was inspired by the Alanis Morissette album of the same name. The production received multiple Tony Award nominations and won the Grammy Award for Best Musical Theater Album. His regional theater credits include performances at American Repertory Theater, La Jolla Playhouse, York Theatre Company, Second Stage Theatre, New York Stage and Film, and Michigan Opera Theatre. Cipriano has also performed in concerts at Feinstein's 54 Below, including solo shows. He publicly announced his decision not to return to "Jagged Little Pill" due to concerns about the treatment of non-binary cast members, advocating for equity and inclusion in the theater industry.

Cipriano expanded into television with roles in Max's "The Sex Lives of College Girls," "City on a Hill," the Disney+ series "National Treasure: Edge of History," and "Harlan Coben's Shelter" for Prime Video. He also plays Johnny in the HBO Max original series "Pretty Little Liars: Original Sin," a spin-off of the Freeform series Pretty Little Liars. Cipriano's leading role in the Prime Video series "Off Campus," an adaptation of Elle Kennedy's bestselling romance novels, has brought him further recognition.

In addition to acting, Cipriano is involved in producing, directing, and writing, collaborating with other creators to develop new musicals and support artistic expression.
