Corey Holcomb is a Chicago-bred stand-up comedian whose fearless, unfiltered voice has made him a defining figure in American comedy for more than three decades. Known for his sharp relationship commentary, confrontational honesty and uncompromising delivery, Holcomb has built a career rooted in saying what others won’t — and doing it with precision and bite.

Holcomb first stepped onto the stage in 1992 when fellow Chicago comic Adele Givens called him up during an open mic. The moment proved pivotal. His immediate success launched a full-time career that quickly gained momentum on the national comedy circuit. He went on to claim top honors at the Miller Genuine Draft Comedy Search, the Budweiser Comedy Competition, Chicago Home Jam and Laffapalooza, while earning spots at premier events including the Montreal Just for Laughs Festival and the Chicago Comedy Festival.

His television and film résumé reflects both range and staying power. Holcomb has appeared in feature films such as "Like Mike," "Think Like a Man Too" and "The Wedding Ringer," and held a recurring role on the UPN sitcom "Half & Half." His stand-up and guest appearances span major platforms, including "The Tonight Show," "Comic View," "MADtv," "Def Comedy Jam," "Premium Blend," "It’s Showtime at the Apollo" and "Late Friday." He also expanded into voice acting as Robert Tubbs on "The Cleveland Show."
