Cheryl Hines Biography
Cheryl Hines is a well-established figure in the entertainment industry, known for her roles in popular television series and films. She was a prominent figure on HBO's "Curb Your Enthusiasm" from 2000 to 2024, which earned her two Primetime Emmy Award nominations. Hines also starred as Dallas Royce on the ABC sitcom "Suburgatory" from 2011 to 2014. In addition to her acting work, Hines made her directorial debut with the 2009 film "Serious Moonlight." She also directed an episode of "Curb Your Enthusiasm" in 2020.
Hines serves as a regular panelist on the singing game show "I Can See Your Voice" and has a main role in the TV series "The Flight Attendant" season 2 in 2022. She has also co-hosted the podcast "Tig and Cheryl: True Story" with Tig Notaro from 2020 to 2024. Recognition of her contributions to the entertainment industry came in 2014 when she received the 2,516th star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. In 2025, she released her memoir "Unscripted."
Off-screen, Hines is actively involved in advocacy work, particularly with United Cerebral Palsy, and serves on UCP's board of trustees. Additionally, as the wife of Robert F. Kennedy Jr., the 26th U.S. Secretary of Health and Human Services.
