Women are a viable force in the business world.  More than 9.1 million firms are owned by women and they employ nearly 7.9 million people.  Women hold almost 52 percent of all professional-level jobs, and while they do not have a strong representation in leadership roles, they are fighting to climb up the corporate ladder.
