Two-time Emmy award winning actress HEATHER TOM plays the role of Katie Logan, younger sister of Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang) and Donna (Jennifer Gareis) on THE BOLD AND THE BEAUTIFUL.

Tom played Kelly Cramer on ONE LIFE TO LIVE and is probably best known as Victoria on THE YOUNG AND THE RESTLESS. Heather made her Broadway debut in the Mark Medoff play, Prymate in 2004. Heather played the role of Allison, the attractive interpreter with a secret. The play was staged at the Longrace Theatre and also starred Phyllis Freilich, James Naughton and Andre DeShields. Heather was also  seen in the out of town tryout "The Secret Letters of Jackie and Marilyn," in the role of Marilyn Monroe. Heather's Lifetime movie, The Rivals, aired in 2006.

While only 15 years old, Heather booked the coveted role of Victoria Newman on THE YOUNG AND THE RESTLESS. Heather was only 16 when she won an Emmy award (Best Younger Leading Actress, 1993) for her portrayal of the tempestuous, troubled and oft-married Victoria. In 1999, Heather repeated the honor, winning her second Emmy award. When the nominations were announced in the spring of 2000, Heather and her brother, David, became the first brother and sister to ever be nominated in the same year at the Daytime Emmys. Since that time, Heather has gone on to become the most nominated actress under the age of 35 in the Television Academy's history, receiving 9 consecutive Emmy nominations. In total, Heather has received 12 nominations for an Emmy award. In 1997, Heather won Best Younger Leading Actress at the Soap Opera Digest Awards.

Heather's love for acting and  theatre is life long. A commercial actress the age of two, Heather was dancing with the Seattle Pacific Ballet at age 10. By the time she was 13, Heather and her actor-siblings Nicholle (The Nanny) and David "(THE YOUNG AND THE RESTLESS) were ready to break into Hollywood. They made a temporary, trial run move to Los Angeles, found work immedialtely and turned an out of town try out into a long running hit.

As a young actress, Heather studied at the Young Actor's Space, paying for each weekly session with the money she earned working at a local cookie shop. Instantly Heather landed guest appearances on kid's Incorporated and Who's The Boss? She has co-starred in two movies of the week, ABC's I'll Take Romance and CBS'Deadly Whispers and has starred in the feature films Lessie's Rainbow and Looking Good. Heather also appeared in an episode of, Monk and had a recurring role on the short-lived show The Wedding Bells.

For Heather, acting more than playing a part. As she describes it, "the feeling of losing the audience for a moment and truly becoming connected with the scene and the character is absolutely incredible".

Recognizing that she is fortunate to be not only a beautiful and talented actress but also a working actress, Heather is devoted to helping people who do not have the opportunities or options that she has . In 2003, Heather created Daytime for Planned Parenthood, a committee which promotes a women's right to choose and have access to the latest in medical care. This committee chairperson position has allowed her the chance to Lobby Congress on behalf of Planned Parenthood two years in a row.

In 2004, Heather was a featured speaker at a Democratic National Convention kick off event sponsored by Planned Parenthood and the Feminist Majority. Heather also worked with SheVotes.org to get out the vote in the battleground states.

Heather also works very closely with several AIDS service organization such as project Angelfood, Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS Project Los Angeles. She has volunteered in the kitchen at Project Angelfood helping to prepare meals for those who are disabled by AIDS many times as well as appearing and working at fund-raisers for many organizations.

Heather is also very, politically active and was frequently featured on many political discussion shows, such as Politically Incorrect and Scarborough Country. During the acclaimed run on Politically Incorrect, Heather appeared a record of 5 times, sparring with such heavyweights as Lou Sheldon and Jerry Falwell. On Scarborough Country, Heather had a chance to interview Ben Affleck and Hennifer Lopez prior to the release of that infamous movie, Gigli. Heather was also in the running to become a co-host on The View, after two successful appearances in october of 2003.

When she is not on a set, Heather can be found at various Southern California Flea Markets. She and her boyfriend, James Achor, formed Jane Doe Decor and are currently redecorating the star of Without a Trace, Poppy Montgomery's home in the Pacific Palisades. After completion of Poppy's home. Heather and James are already committed to several other homes in the Los Angeles area.
