Boaz Rauchwerger Biography

Boaz Rauchwerger is an internationally known high performance coach. For nearly two decades, he has led thousands of seminars nationally and internationally on goal setting, empowerment, and self-esteem. A highly respected consultant who counts among his clients such companies as American Airlines and Xerox, Boaz has taught over half a million people how to transform their lives and careers.

Boaz is an inspiring author, lecturer, and humorist whose driving passion is to transform lives. He believes that happiness, success, and wealth are matters of personal choice and action, and he has made it his life’s mission to teach others how to pursue them.

Boaz approaches high performance training and coaching from a unique perspective that releases and builds on personal power. His presentations are enthusiastic, interactive, humorous, fast-paced, and instantly applicable to his audience’s own lives.

Unlike performance coaches who encourage dependency by leading participants through an escalating maze of expensive and time-consuming courses, Boaz believes that success training should be self-directed, self-sustaining, simple, easy to follow through on, and immediately productive. His approach is straightforward. He gives people the tools they need to succeed and he gets out of their way as they create a brilliant future.

Boaz’ own life is a study in rebirth and reinvention. His parents escaped from Europe in the late 30’s to Palestine. Around the time of Boaz’ first birthday, Palestine became a new country, Israel.

When he was 9, Boaz and his family immigrated to the United States, and although he arrived in America with no knowledge of the English language, he applied himself to the task with enthusiasm and determination. He became a radio newscaster by the time he was in high school.

Since then, Boaz has been a newspaper publisher, owned his own advertising firm, and has produced corporate films and a network television show. Boaz’s first book, The Tiberias Transformation, outlines the world’s simplest and most productive success formula.
