Bobbi Boldon Biography

Bobbi has addressed thousands of real estate agents from new agents to experienced professionals. 100% have said that they would take another class from Bobbi. Her enthusiasm and energy is catching. Along with the laughter and entertainment comes top notch training and a high degree of motivation. The real estate business is multi faceted and she covers all the areas.

Bobbi got into the real estate business in 1978. She was divorced with her own two children to support but due to her mother’s death, she was also raising her sister. Bobbi had never held a job before and says that all three children were accustomed to having food with their meals. It was time to get busy. Bobbi says that there’s nothing like having the bridge burned behind you to make you get out and become productive. After six successful years in the business Bobbi moved to Denver. Totally intimidated by the size of the city, she made the decision to work for a builder. The following year Bobbi was the top producer in the city of Denver. She sold 109 new homes that year and became a two year president of million-a-month club, for agents who have sold a million dollars worth of real estate in a month. She sold over a million a month for 23 out of the next 48 months. The average price of a home at that time was $70,000. After nine years in the new home business she made the move back to resale real estate.

Two new agents were assigned to have Bobbi mentor them. Both became "rookie of the Year". The training bug had struck. She began training to be a trainer in 1998 with Floyd Wickman courses. After three years She became the regional training director with Keller Williams. The new agents all took Bobbi’s training. Bobbi says "I love to help the new agents find their way in the business". Additionally Bobbi has her own training company Bobbi’s Career Mapping Seminars.

     

Bobbi Boldon also has been involved in her community with the Make a wish charity, Volunteers of America and Hospice of St. John.
