  • Do it Well. Make it Fun.

Ron Culberson shows organizations how to boost productivity via humor and engagement—how to do it well, and make it fun. Based on his newest book by the same name, Ron shows managers how to create a less-stressful work environment in which staff want to work. And he helps staff and managers understand that excellence combined with fun and humor leads to an even greater level of success. The message has resonated with hundreds of organizations in Canada and the US. This hilarious program includes three areas of focus and may include the topics listed: Success through self improvement (Attitude, focusing on the present, integrity, skill development, health, aging) Improving relationships with others (Communication, teamwork, conflict, presentation skills, friendships, marriage, parenting) Making the processes in life and work more effective (Work environment, process management, meetings, to-do lists, email, hobbies, volunteering)

  • Managing to Be a Great (and Fun) Leader

Leadership success comes from creating confidence in those you lead while creating an environment that attracts and keeps good people. In order to accomplish this success, you must manage yourself, manage the culture, and manage the people. You create confidence by what you do and how you do it. The “what” refers to the skills you need to do your job well. The “how” refers to the values or manner in which you lead. Great leaders are not only skilled but embrace values that are respected by those around them. Next, you must create a culture that attracts the right staff and supports them so they stay. You can do this by making sure there is quality in all the processes that occur and that there is an element of fun as well. A work environment that is enjoyable is one that will be more productive. Finally, a great leader must manage the workforce by recruiting the right people and then motivating and inspiring them. This leads staff to want to work rather than to feel that they have to work.

  • Genuinely Speaking: How YOU Make Your Message More Memorable

Whether you’re speaking to a group of 1000 employees, 100 donors, or a small group of senior management, the goal is the same: to effectively convey important information and influence the actions of the audience. This fun, hilarious, and content rich presentation shows participants how to combine the best part of themselves and their experiences with humor and stories to bring their information in their presentations alive. This program may focus on any of the following six key areas for making great presentations: Identifying your unique gifts and skills Understanding the needs of the audience Designing an effective presentation structure Learning powerful delivery techniques Using humor to keep the audience engaged Incorporating the metaphorical power of stories
