Concetta Lanciaux Biography
Concetta Lanciaux is a luxury pioneer and visionary who assisted Bernard Arnault from 1985 to 2007 in turning the luxury goods market into an Industry by creating the first and largest luxury conglomerate LVMH.
She played a key role advising Bernard Arnault since 1985, and was instrumental in the development of LVMH and its strategies, introducing innovative strategies and creating the most powerful top management and design team in the industry.
Concetta is a member of several boards including Fendi, Bocconi Business School, and the French Fashion Institute. She is an honorary fellow of the London Business School and a well-known worldwide conference speaker on the subjects of luxury branding, strategy, alignment of human capital and organizational development to brand growth, innovation and creative talent assessment. She is the author of several books and articles.
Concetta was voted one of the 30 most influential businesswomen in Europe by the Wall Street Journal Europe in 2001 and nominated by ELLE 2006 in the Top 50 Business Women in France in recognition of her contribution to the modernization of the French luxury industry.
In 2007 she created her own company as a Strategy and M&A adviser.
