He has 30 years of experience working with EEO laws and sexual harassment as an investigator and trainer. Kevin is a professional facilitator. He has been a facilitator for public forums on education issues, citizen advisory groups, race relations, dialogue groups and at conferences as a small group moderator. Kevin also develops and facilitates strategic planning sessions for small businesses and non-profits.
Prior to owning his business, he was employed by the State of Iowa for twelve years as a civil rights investigator and management trainer.
