Celebrity Chef & Fitness Guru Joe Landa is a Chopped Champion, ACE Certified Personal Trainer and Founder of Mint Condition Kids, Food, Fun & Fitness for Kids! As a young boy of a military family, Chef Joe Landa was given the opportunity to travel across the world and experience many different cultures and cuisines. Teaching himself how to cook, Joe began his career as an apprentice in several upscale restaurants. Over the years he perfected his skills and pursued his passion for cooking.
An early influence in Joe’s culinary education, Auguste Escoffier and his classic cookbook, Le Guide Culinaire became Joe’s ‘Bible.’ In the late 1980’s, Joe Landa move to New York City and proved over and over that his talent was one to be recognized. He soon was receiving many awards and positive reviews including a three star review from Bryan Miller of the New York Times for his work at La Boheme. He was also a 2011 champion on the Food Network’s hit show, Chopped! Joe Landa is available for cooking demonstrations, hosting and endorsements.
