Mr. Mark R. Poff serves as Managing Director of Swander Pace Capital. Mr. Poff joined Swander Pace Capital in 1997. He serves as the Managing Director of SPC Partners IV, L.P.; SPC Partners III, L.P. and SPC Partners II, L.P. He is a Partner of Pineridge Group(alternately Pineridge Foods, Inc.). Previously, he served at the Private Equity Sponsors and Consulting Group of Bain & Co.(alternately Bain & Company Inc.), where he led due diligence projects for a number of private equity sponsors. He was also employed at Bain Capital, LLC. Earlier, he was a Management Consultant at LEK Consulting, where he specialized in valuations and acquisition advisory. Mr. Poff serves as the Chairman of Bravo Sports Corporation. He serves as a Director of Incase Designs Corp., Insight Pharmaceuticals Corporation, Lavo, Inc., Pineridge Bakery, Inc., Raj Manufacturing, LLC (alternately Raj Manufacturing, Inc.) and ReNew Life Formulas, Inc. He served on the Boards of Fresh Food Concepts, Inc., Liberty Brand Products, Inc., Kooba, LLC, and Pineridge Foods, Inc. He served as a Director of Reef Holdings and Totes Isotoner Corporation. Mr. Poff received an M.Sc. from the London School of Economics and a B.A., summa cum laude, from the University of California at Davis.
