People are different - we come in different sizes and colors and no two people are exactly identical. Same with marbles - no two marbles are identical, but just like in a game of marbles - if you know how effective your marbles (people) are and when to use them, then you are more likely to win the game!

Linda's appreciation of how people are different and how we need to understand that difference started when she was an Exchange Student to Upstate New York in the late 70's. Linda continued to be fascinated with behavior and communication styles and has some very funny and entertaining stories to share.

With over 16 years in management, Linda understands how different staff can be and how conflict can develop. Linda takes a humorous look at your communication style (what color marble are you?) and how you can build better teams, reduce conflict and create better performance by understanding the communication styles of your teams.
