Victor began to meditate in law school in order to reduce his stress level and improve his concentration.  He continued to meditate throughout a highly successful and high-pressure corporate career as an attorney and producer for major corporations like Young & Rubicam, Paramount Pictures, and Universal-TV.     

 Victor has studied with some of America's foremost meditation teachers, including Shinzen Young and Sharon Salzberg. He lives in Los Angeles, California
