Dr. Vicky Gordon is a national authority on leadership and organizational development. She has more than 20 years of experience coaching senior executives on how to lead their organizations to reach new levels of business success at such leading companies as Dell, CNA Insurance, and PepsiCo.

An author of numerous articles, she is a prolific researcher and thought leader. Her most recent groundbreaking research involves identifying the challenges facing the next generation of leaders. She has served as a contributing author of several leadership books and her leadership advice has appeared in the Chicago Tribune, Woman's World, and Harvard Management Update.

Prior to launching the Gordon Group in 1985, she was a consultant with Sibson & Company and an assistant professor in the Department of Communication at Loyola University in Chicago. She received her M. A. in Communication Studies from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Communication from the University of Texas at Austin.

She was selected by the University of Texas at Austin, College of Communication as their 2008 Outstanding Graduate Alumnus. Dr. Gordon serves on the Colorado Technical University Board of Trustees and the DePaul University, College of Communications Advisory Board.
