Steve Sarner

Steve Sarner is the Vice President of Sales at Tagged.com. Steve brings over 20 years of sales and marketing experience to Tagged from both large Fortune 500 companies as well as a string of successful start ups. Steve joined Tagged from News Corp’s Fox Interactive Media (FIM) where he led Integrated Sales across FIM’s portfolio of properties including MySpace, IGN, Photobucket, American Idol and Fox.com among others.

Prior to Fox, he spent 7 years with Monster Worldwide as Vice President and National Sales Director. There, he led Monster’s sales efforts for its social media sites, including Tickle, Ringo and affiliated social networks such as Bebo and Hi5. Steve has been bringing blue chip brands and major advertising agencies social media advertising solutions since the inception of the social networking phenomena in 2003. This enables Tagged’s growing list of clients a unique perspective and level of experience from a true social media veteran.

Steve’s interactive experience dates back to 1996 and has encompassed senior roles in client side marketing as well as e-commerce and media sales. Positions include Vice President Business Development for Travelscape.com (acquired by Expedia), Vice President Marketing at RealAge.com (Acquired by Hearst) and Vice President Business Solutions for Tickle.com — acquired by Monster Worldwide. Steve holds a Bachelors of Business Administration from California State University Long Beach.
