Rick co-created The Bigger Game innovative business and life model in 2001, in the shadow of the 9/11 tragedy. He has delivered his message to people from all walks of life and business. Rick has been described as a "global catalyst," having spoken to audiences of Fortune 100 companies, conventions, conferences, non-profits, and social organizations in 17 countries.
The Bigger Game inspires executives, leaders and everyday people to get out of their comfort zones and invent the life they want. At its core, The Bigger Game helps people find their compelling purpose.
As a lifelong catalyst for change, Rick was one of the first to become credentialed as a Master Certified Coach in 1999. He has over 9,000 hours of experience leading in front of the room.
