For the last 15 years, I have helped others navigate through periods of change as an Organizational Development Leader. With a degree in Psychology from the University of Virginia and an MBA in Organizational Development from Regent University, encouraging others to reach their full potential isn’t just what I’ve been trained to do … it’s what I love to do. My passion for my work has given me more than a decade of proven experience partnering, influencing, and leading mid- and senior-level leaders to implement large-scale change and strategic initiatives.
