Formerly a Partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers, Mark was the global Practice Leader for PwC's trademarked merger & acquisition consulting business - The Accelerated Transition. During this period he was also the president of The Rubicon Group and the founder of Rubicon/Pacific Trading, an Asian trading consultancy.
