Lindsay Autry

It's not everyday you get to see and taste the talents of a chef like Lindsay Autry. Her reputation has garnered respect from some of the greatest chefs in America.

Lindsay has held various chef positions on the East Coast as well as three years in Mexico. Her cuisine embraces mediterranean flavors while blending in her southern roots.

A native of North Carolina, chef Lindsay graduated at Johnson & Wales University in Miami, where she continues to support the educational endeavors of future chefs. She honed her classic French cooking techniques under the James Beard Award winning chef Michelle Bernstein, starting as a line cook at Azul at the Mandarin Oriental in Miami.

Lindsay currently resides in West Palm Beach, Florida and served as Executive Chef at the Omphoy Ocean Resort & Michelle Bernstein Restaurant in Palm Beach, Chef de Cuisine at Las Brisas in Playa del Carmen, and Sous Chef at Fiesta Americana Grand Aqua in Cancun. She was named a Restaurant Hospitality Rising Star in 2008 and was one of three finalists on the 2011-12 season of Top Chef Texas.

Chef Lindsay describes her cuisine as soulful; a combination of nostalgic favorites combined with classic techniques that make people crave her creations. She inherited a love of cooking at a very young age, enjoying Sunday dinners at the home of her Greek grandmother and Southern grandfather in Fayetteville, North Carolina. She was an adventurous and curious eater. This inspires her creative menu selections.
