Karen Feld

 Her personality column is syndicated in print and heard on-air on more than 40 stations nationwide as part of Radio America's Dateline Washington. Karen's work covers the spectrum of media: award-winning journalist, broadcast personality, nationally syndicated political and celebrity columnist, and engaging public speaker.

Although Feld specializes in the Hollywood-Washington connection, her experiences and interests are diverse. She has worked as a Hollywood publicist and as a Senate investigator. She brings to her audiences an insider's perspective on how Washington works, laced with entertaining stories about celebrities and newsmakers. Her speaking engagements have taken her to Europe, Australia and across America. Feld also has been selected as "Journalist of the Day" at the NEWSEUM.

A native Washingtonian and an astute observer of the social, celebrity, and political scene, Feld has shared her insights and political acumen along with amusing anecdotes to numerous television and radio audiences on virtually all of the major networks. Every year since 1984 the National Federation of Press Women and Capital Press Women have recognized Feld for excellence in both print and broadcast journalism, and in 1999 she won top honors for both TV interview and news reporting. In 1995, Capital Press Women presented Feld with the coveted Communicator As Entrepreneur Award. She also has been honored by the American Society of Journalists and Authors.
