Jim Masciarelli

Jim Masciarelli, CEO and founder of Archer Development is an entrepreneur, investor, public speaker and corporate coach with first hand experience in growing three companies as President. He currently divides his time between Archer clients and investing and advising high-technology companies as a Principal of Walnut Venture Associates. He is author of PowerSkills: Building Top-Level Relationships for Bottom-Line Results. His keynote speeches focus on leadership, organizational effectiveness, and managing strategic relationships. Jim has consulted to hundreds of companies on building their management teams and enhancing their competitiveness. In addition to working with start-up companies in the IT sector since 1983, his corporate clients have included Fortune 2000 companies (i.e. Eastman Kodak, IBM, Cisco Systems, Compaq, Citrix, Apple Computer, Lotus Development, Millipore Corporation, and VeriSign). Prior to founding Archer, Jim was CEO of Fenwick Partners, a national retained executive search firm serving the high technology market. The firm is now owned by Heidrick & Struggles. His educational background includes an MBA from Babson College and a Bachelor in Psychology from Holy Cross. His early experience in the high tech business was with data General Corporation during its explosive growth period. Jim is a frequent guest lecturer at MIT, Harvard Business School and Babson College.
