George Overholser

Mr. George M. Overholser co-founded North Hill Ventures L.P. and has been its Principal since 1999. Mr. Overholser also serves as Senior Vice President of North Hill Ventures, L.P. He has 15 years of experience in business development and strategy consulting to the table. He is a Founder of NFF Capital Partners, a Division of Nonprofit Finance Fund and served as its Managing Director. In his role with North Hill, he is responsible for fostering relationships between portfolio companies and Capital One businesses, accessing Capital One resources on behalf of portfolio companies. In addition to his role at North Hill, he has been with Capital One since 1993. From 1994 to 1999, Mr. Overholser served as Head of Strategy and New Business Development for Capital One Inc. He served as a Principal at Mercer Management Consulting, Inc., where he participated in a wide array of industries, functional areas and strategic situations. He has been Deputy Chairman of Vistaprint N.V. since October 2004 and its Director. He serves as Member of Supervisory Board at Vistaprint N.V since 2009. He serves as a Member of Advisory Board at Brighter Planet. He served as a Director of Vistaprint N.V. since July 2004. Mr. Overholser graduated from Harvard University with a B.S. degree in Physics in 1982 and received an M.B.A. from the Stanford Graduate School of Business in 1987.
