Barbara Warner

Barbara Warner, MEd is the owner of Powerful Tools for the Second Half of Life. She is the author of the upcoming book, Mining Your Past-Designing Your Future. When Barbara retired recently, she knew that the best time of life was ahead of her. She enjoys speaking and writing to promote the awareness that in the second half of life we have unparalleled opportunities and gifts to create our future life using our unique personality and style.

After we reach age 50, we can look back on our past and know that we are not the same person that we were 20 years ago, only 20 years older. We are wiser, possessing greater knowledge and making better life choices. It is now time to set aside our cultures aging stereotypes that are sometimes based on fear, isolation and person diminishment and embrace the second half of life with optimism, passion, creativity and wisdom. No generation in history has had this rich opportunity.
