Allison Silva Silva

Co-founder and CEO of Eressea Solutions SRL, she believes that the best way to teach and share knowledge is to lead by example, that’s why she and her brother have founded Eressea Solutions, a company specialized in web technology development, professional design and digital marketing.

A social entrepreneur, she is the Executive Director of “Emprender Futuro”, a non-profit organization focused in enhancing and developing technical, innovation, leadership and personal skills in young people.

She was granted a scholarship in the "Global Competitiveness Leadership Program", Georgetown University, Washington DC, USA. She was also granted a scholarship in the Iberoamerican Visitor Program, Foundation for Economic and Social Analysis FAES 2009, Madrid, Spain.

She is the current President of the Global Competitiveness Leadership Program Alumni, Latin American Board of Georgetown University, USA.

She is the curator of the La Paz Hub, Global Shapers Community, an initiative of the World Economic Forum (WEF), Switzerland.

She worked as a consultant in various projects both public and private companies such as the Ministry of the Presidency of Bolivia, Ministry of Civil Defense, Ministry of Health and Sports, among others. She was also the National Director of the Global Competitiveness Leadership Program a Bolivian Foundation for Leadership.

She worked in different projects for international cooperation agencies related to democracy, the Bolivian System of Agricultural Technologies (SIBTA) under the Agricultural Services Program and Program Support Epidemiological Shield and Health Sector Reform.

She was a former columnist in the technology section of “Nueva Economía” magazine. She was also part of different panels of judges in competitions related to entrepreneurship in Bolivia.

She obtained a degree in Systems Engineering. Master’s in Information Technology, she has various international certifications in different technology platforms. With experience designing and developing projects, enterprises, social businesses and technological startups, works on the implementation of projects related to Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs).
