They\u2019ve developed new preferences and new visions of what work could or should look like going forward.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to a <a href=\"https:\/\/resources.owllabs.com\/state-of-remote-work\/2020\">survey<\/a> by Owl Labs:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>77% of workers say that they would be happier working remotely even after the pandemic<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Half of respondents said they won\u2019t return to jobs that don\u2019t offer remote work after COVID-19<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>44% don\u2019t find it necessary to get dressed up for a video meeting<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The prevailing model of the typical worker who commutes every morning to their designated cubicle may not have been shattered, but it\u2019s undeniable that a new conversation about what the workplace should look like has been opened up, and the possibilities are endless.
