This year, some of the most compelling and consequential achievements aren\u2019t coming from the players on the field, however.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When the Buccaneers take the field against the Chiefs on Sunday for the Lombardi Trophy, they&#8217;ll become the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.buccaneers.com\/news\/bucs-making-history-with-lori-locust-maral-javadifar-super-bowl-lv-media?utm_campaign=SBLV21-blog\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">first team in NFL history to have multiple female coaches<\/a> on their sideline in a Super Bowl\u2014 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.allamericanspeakers.com\/speakers\/446069\/Lori-Locust?utm_campaign=SBLV21-blog\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Lori Locust<\/strong><\/a>, an assistant defensive line coach and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.allamericanspeakers.com\/speakers\/446068\/Maral-Javadifar?utm_campaign=SBLV21-blog\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Maral Javadifar<\/strong><\/a>, an assistant strength and conditioning coach. <strong>Sarah Thomas<\/strong> will also become the first female to be on a Super Bowl officiating crew.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>These women aren&#8217;t just breaking any one barrier, though.
