This prestigious announcement follows AAE being named to the\u00a02018\u00a0Inc<\/i>. 5000 list<\/a> of fastest-growing private companies in America.<\/p>\n

The 2019 Best Workplaces list is the result of a wide-ranging and comprehensive measurement of private American companies that have created exceptional workplaces through vibrant cultures, deep employee engagement and stellar benefits. Each nominated company took part in an employee survey conducted by Omaha\u2019s Quantum Workplace. Collecting data on nearly 2,000 submissions, Inc.<\/i> selected AAE as one of the 346 finalists.<\/p>\n

The strongest engagement scores came from companies that prioritize the most human elements of work. AAE leads the way in employee recognition with company-wide incentives like yoga sessions, movie outings and happy hours to promote relaxation. The company also provides health and wellness initiatives and encourages employees to maintain a healthy work-life balance.<\/span><\/p>\n
