Through lectures, consulting, and seminars, his focus has been directed at three targets, helping all individuals in a company learn how to learn, and think for themselves, helping managers learn how to coach, and helping leaders learn to create learning organizations. Starting in the mid 1970's Gallwey produced a series of best selling books, which set forth this new methodology for the development of personal and professional excellence in a variety of fields including The Inner Game of Tennis, The Inner Game of Golf, and Inner Skiing. Regarded by many as a pioneer of coaching in corporate America years, Gallwey continues to inspire and educate executives and high performance teams.
