Susan Reynolds' Key Accomplishments Include . . .
Susan Reynolds, M.D., Ph.D., is managing partner of Susan Reynolds & Associates, a management consulting, coaching, and search firm dedicated to strengthening health care organizations. A former emergency physician of 18 years, Susan was the owner and CEO of the Malibu Emergency Room and Family Medical Center. She has held several leadership positions in organized medicine, and served on the White House Health Professionals Review Group, which reviewed the Clinton Health Plan. Prior to founding her own consulting firm, Dr. Reynolds worked for major inter-national search firms, including Russell Reynolds Associates and Heidrick & Struggles, where she successfully founded the Physician Executive search practice. Susan created the Physician Leadership Training Institute for the American Medical Association and is former president of the American Association of Women Emergency Physicians, Malibu Chamber of Commerce, and Malibu Rotary Club. Some of Dr. Reynolds honors include Woman of the Year, California’s 44th Assembly District, Malibu Times Citizen of the Year, and Los Angeles County Distinguished Service Award. Her forthcoming book is called Healthy Boss, Healthy Profits: Bringing Purpose, Passion, and Peak Performance Back into the Workplace.
