The balancing of Body, Mind and Spirit through right use of our mental and emotional capacities as well as nutritional lifestyle greatly impact our health, happiness and success in our life's experience. Quantum physics, the newer science of energy and thought, is showing us the importance of knowing how to bridge our worlds of spirituality and practical living, as it shows us the link between what we think and how we feel physically. Dr Sue weaves it all together with a fresh approach to tapping into that vital force that feeds us: our personal Heart's passion.
