Christy Shae Marks is an American model and an actress. She was born June 1, 1972 in New Orleans, Louisiana.

She first gained attention in Playboy as the Playmate of the Month in May 1994. However, Marks was aiming for a career in journalism, which she later became disillusioned with.In 1993, she met her husband on an flight bound to Los Angeles, California.

During her stint with Playboy, Marks was a traveling representative for the company, going to ports of call such as Hong Kong and Denmark. After having her first prosperties as a Playboy model she increased the size of her breasts and for a while changed her color to black.

Later she entered the acting arena, guest starring on such shows as Married... with Children, Renegade, Viper, and Baywatch.She also had been featured in advertisements for Molson Beer, as well as modeled for Fredrick’s of Hollywood, Venus Swimwear, Flirt Catalog, and Salling Catalog.

She has also created two websites (see below): ShaeMarks.com and Shae's Playpen, the former being her personal website; the later being more of a general site for other models.Marks has diminished her role in maintaining a web presence, as she wanted—after "endless Hollywood parties"—to focus on her family life and more commercial work.
