A piercing insight of a major dilemma among the small business sector led Rod LeGrande to create a system to help businesses with a small sales force (less than 6 salespeople) to build a fast growing business, by transforming their salespeople into “selling machines”. Known for his innovation in the franchise world, Rod LeGrande founded Excellence Quest in 1983, providing outsourced Sales Managers to small businesses that generally don't have the budget to hire a full time Sales Manager. By providing the same luxuries, training and incentives, at an affordable investment, that only the large corporations were able to enjoy, small businesses have found an affordable way to keep their salespeople motivated, monitored and trained.
