He is also the founder of RELDE Publishing, LLC. Robert travels the country delivering skill-packed training and motivational speeches for Fortune 500 companies, small businesses, non-profits, government agencies, educational institutions and youth organizations.
Presenting over 120 speeches and training programs annually, Robert has dedicated his life to the personal and professional growth of others. Having spent some time as a voice-over actor and a radio talk show co-host, he instantly connects with his audiences.
Robert was recently awarded the coveted title, CSP (Certified Speaking Professional) from the National Speakers Association (NSA). This is the highest earned designation presented by NSA, an accomplishment achieved by less than 10% of its worldwide membership. Certified Speaking Professionals are recognized as dedicated professionals with a proven track record of continuous speaking excellence. Robert is the first Mississippian to accomplish such a feat.
A powerful motivational speaker and seminar presenter, Robert possesses the unique ability to speak to the minds and spirits of any audience. He presents life changing principles and information in a practical manner that can be instantly implemented. Robert is the author of Spoken Success: Understanding The Art Of Public Speaking. He devotes a sizable portion of his time and travels each year to youth. With an insatiable desire to motivate youth and to keep them inspired long after his speeches, he authored four children's books. His books have been selected as Accelerated Reader (AR) books, which is a reading program widely used by schools throughout the country.
An active member of groups like the American Society for Training and Development, the National Speakers Association and Toastmasters International, Robert truly believes in continued growth and development.
