Ray Ratto

Ray Ratto is an aging and bitter 50-something who has worked at the San Francisco Chronicle and Examiner -- twice.
He also worked as a columnist at the now defunct Peninsula (Palo Alto, Calif.) Times Tribune, and the even more defunct National.
He is currently a columnist at the Chronicle, and has worked at both CBSSports.com and ESPN.com. Clearly, holding a job is an issue here. Nevertheless, he likes the idea that people keep hiring him.
He wishes to apologize in advance for his behavior.
